The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) Social Dimension of Sustainable Green Growth Project and Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) Legal Department is working together to organize a training on Monitoring and Impact Evaluation with target audience includes selected manager and technical staff of delegates from ministries and research institutes, especially trainers/lecturers from universities who interested in and involved in research and teaching work on impact evaluation in general, and the Social Impact Assessment in Vietnam in particular.
In complement to previous SIA trainings that the GIZ Project delivered in 2018, this training, which takes place at Hanoi Club, 76 Yen Phu for the period of three days from 8 – 10 April 2019. The training is delivered by Dr. Stefan Silvestrini from the Center for Evaluation (Ceval) in Germany, aiming to help participants structuring knowledge and skills in evaluating policy impact and to later on incorporate the content in relation to SIA in to the design of tertiary education in different schools.
The training gathered more than 50 participants coming from different ministries’ agencies, research institutes and universities in Hanoi such as MOLISA, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Academy of Journalism and Communication, Vietnamese Women's Academy, Institute of State and Law, Mekong Development Research Institute, Training School for Officials, Civil Servants on Labour and Social Affairs, Hanoi Law University; University of Labour and Social Affairs, National Economics University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University.
